The Process
STEP 01
you inquire!
The first step in this process starts with you! You will submit an inquire form here through my website after looking through my package. Once you tell me a little but more about what you are looking for, you will receive a more detailed document and it will give you a chance to set up a phone consultation call!
STEP 02
consultation call
During our call, we will chat about all of your dreams and wishes for your big day. I will answer any questions you may have about my pricing and packages, and I will fill you in with all the process details. By the end of the call, you should have all the information you need to decide if we are a good fit and narrow down which package fits your needs!
STEP 03
getting booked
If everything goes well during our consultation call, and you are ready to take the next steps, I'll shoot you ever a contract proposal where you will review the contract and pick the package you'd like, along with any add ons you may need. Once the contract is signed and the 25% deposit is sent over, your date is OFFICIALLY off my books and is all yours!
StEP 04
your engagement session
After you're booked, we will want to start thinking about your discounted engagement session and what you'd like to get planned. My goal for this session is for it to feel intentional and all about you. I will give you some homework so we can plan your dream session. I want to capture every moment of your dreams. I will manage to get some of those posed and structured photos that everyone has to have, but I will always be there to sneak those special candid moments as well.
STEP 05
planning + timeline creation
During this time, you will be elbows deep in wedding planning and getting everything ready for the best day of your life. I don't like to crowd and overwhelm you, because you obviously have enough on your plate already. I will send you a questionnaire several months before your wedding so I have all the information I need to be most prepared for your wedding day. After you submit the questionnaire, I will be able to create a timeline draft which two options for you to choose from. Once the timeline is selected and perfected, it's your time to finish bringing your wedding visions to life.
STEP 06
it's wedding day!
YAY! The best day of your life is finally here! The day of your dreams is happening and I cannot wait to be there to capture all the special moments and emotions throughout the day. I'm there as your photographer, and personal hype girl, but I'm also there as your friend and I cannot wait to celebrate with you!:)
STEP 07
after the wedding
Depending on the package you selected, you may your sneak peak gallery within the first 24-72 hours after your wedding. I'll be working hard on perfecting your wedding gallery so I can deliver your most favorite day within 3-4 weeks. You'll an email from me whenever your full wedding gallery is finished up!
STEP 08
enjoying your memories
The rest is up to you! This is definitely the easiest step because all you have to do is enjoy your photos for a lifetime! Your timeless memories, beautifully taken. Time frozen. A moment paused. For you. To enjoy. Forever!

Where are you located?
I'm located in central Illinois near the Quad City,Galesburg, Peoria, and Bloomington area; but eventually I'd LOVE to travel the world!
Do you travel?
YES! I am hoping that traveling will become a huge part in my business. I have some pretty AWESOME places I want to visit, so check out my discounted bucket list locations!
We aren't photogenic - do you pose us?
First off, you are photogenic! Yes I "pose" you but not in the 'stand there and smile like this' kind of way. My goal is to capture the story behind the two of you. I want you to fee relaxed and comfortable and I will direct you and give you prompts to get that natural smile and laugh!
What happens if the weather is bad the day of our session?
I always try my best to keep track of any bad weather prior to your session. If there is weather, we will either embrace the rain or we will reschedule for no extra cost. No big deal!
FAQ
Do you help with the wedding planning process?
Yes I will! I don't want either of you worrying about photography the day of. After booking with me for your dream wedding, we have several consultations to go over all the details. I create a photo-based timeline to help make the day run smooth and also find the best locations to photograph you so you don't have to.
Does our gallery have an expiration date?
After delivering your finally gallery, I will ask you to download all the images. Your gallery will be live for 2 months and then expire. Don't worry, I will let you know when it does, so it doesn't just disappear! If you ever need your gallery back online, there is a $200 re-opening fee.
When will we get our pictures back?
I take great pride in my turnaround time! Nobody wants to anxiously wait several weeks for their photos. I always tell my clients two weeks at the most, because sometimes life happens. But My turnaround time for galleries can be as much as 5-7 days!
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! My goal is to beautifully capture your timeless memories, not break your bank. I have a 25% deposit due when you sign your contract. I do offer flexible payment options to make things easier on your budget. Just ask, and we’ll work out a plan that works for you.
